About me

My name is Zoheir Ziani (Double ℤ) and I am a researcher and academic specializing in nonlinear optics and photonics. I am currently serving as a Non-Tenured Teaching and Research Fellow (ATER) at the PhLAM laboratory, University of Lille. My research focuses on the theoretical and experimental aspects of nonlinear optics, with a particular interest in modulation instability in Kerr media and Fabry-Perot resonators. Beyond academia, I am an avid chess player and an enthusiastic artist. These hobbies not only provide me with a creative outlet but also help me maintain a well-rounded and balanced life.
