About me
My name is Zoheir Ziani (Double ℤ), and I am a researcher and academic specializing in nonlinear optics and photonics. Currently, I serve as a Non-Tenured Teaching Fellow at the University of Lille, where I teach general physics to a diverse group of students. Although my current role is focused on teaching, I remain passionate about research, particularly in the areas of modulation instability in Kerr media and Fabry-Perot resonators. My ultimate aspiration is to become a professor, combining my love for teaching with the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research.
Outside of my academic work, I am an avid chess player and a passionate artist. These activities help me stay creative and maintain a balanced life, enriching both my personal and professional endeavors.
